What is Mixed Media?

Mixed media is the combination of traditional art media in one piece. Basically it means I get to play with all mediums in one to create, play and inspire me. I often combine acrylics with inks, drawing, collage, texture pastes and sometimes whatever else I find lying around the house! For me it freedom to experiment and combining all my favourites mediums can only be a good thing!
